Family of Five

Most of you have possibly wondered where I’ve been.

No more Wisdom and Folly chapters, no more blog posts, no more book reviews…

It’s like I no longer exist.

I’m about to unravel the mystery for you.

I’ve been…on my couch.

Yep, you heard correctly.

On my freaking couch, sick like no other.

Baby number three is making his/her presence known, making sure I don’t forget he/she’s in there.

I’ve barely been able to speak a coherent sentence, let alone write one.

But this past week has given me some hope.  I’ve had a couple of really good days.

Fed the kids without gagging, brushed my teeth without doing the same, and even went to my very first writer’s conference over the weekend.  Woohoo!

(But that’s for another blog post.)  :)

I’ve even been able to write.

Oh yes, it’s been wonderful.

So, here’s the thing.  I want to change a few things.

I’m taking a break from posting Wisdom and Folly chapters.  I need to pray and find out if God still wants me to post them here for all of you, or if I should pursue revising my story and getting it published.

I am only going to blog for now once a week on Sunday evenings, and I am going to make that as consistent as possible.  (No matter how I’m feeling!  I hope!)

I have some awesome updates on my publishing journey from the conference, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

I still will write the occasional book review (I mean, come on!  I LOVE books!) but I want this blog to be focused.  Dependable.  Excellent.

I am so excited about our new little one, and I’m thrilled to share our good news with all of you.

See you next Sunday!  :)

In Him,

Michele
